-   Payment: We accept cash and checks. Payment is due when services are rendered.   

-   “No Show”:  All “no show” appointments will be charged a minimum service fee of $35.  This fee must be paid prior to your pet(s) next grooming appointment.

-  Returned checks:  An additional $20 will be accessed and must be paid prior to your pet(s) next grooming appointment and all payments there after must be made in cash. 

-  Cancellations:  If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance so we may fill your spot. Failure to call in advance for the grooming services scheduled may result in a charge of $25 which must be paid prior to your pet(s) next grooming appointment.

First Visit Requirements:
1.  Review, discuss and sign the Grooming Service Agreement and Mat Release Form.
2.  Be prepared to show a rabies certificate issued by your veterinarian with the date of expiration.  
3.  Discuss appropriate grooming schedule for your pet and set up schedule.

**On rare occasions, Paws of Distinction may need to cancel appointments due to weather, road conditions, equipment failure, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance and your appointment rescheduled.

**After the first grooming appointment, with prior arrangement, your pet can be groomed while you are at work or away from your home. You can come home to a well groomed happy pet!
